Adaptive Reuse in Wheeling
Hartley Law Group, PLLC’s new home in Wheeling, WV is not entirely new. We renovated an existing building to give it a modern and welcoming look while keeping the original structure. We worked with Shaeffer & Madama Inc. and JD&E Construction Co. to bring this renovation to fruition, and we could not be prouder of the results.
Renovating an existing property also gave us the opportunity to create a new space in an environmentally conscious way. The fresh exterior gives our new office space a professional look, but the historically significant origins of the building are still intact.
